HTS is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team at a well-established senior living community located in the heart of historic Old Louisville, Kentucky. Treat a diverse caseload from rehab to home, long term care, independent living and memory care.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents in a supportive environment.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Kentucky Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
