🌟 Manager, Overwrap
Summary:
Join Millennium Print Group as a Manager, Overwrap! We’re looking for an experienced production leader to manage overwrap operations in our fast-paced printing and packaging environment. If you have expertise in printing industry management, packaging manufacturing, and overwrap production leadership, this is your opportunity to work on products loved around the world.
Location: Raliegh, NC
Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package
What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and develop the overwrap department team, building a high-performance culture.
Oversee daily operations to achieve productivity, cost, quality, and delivery standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (slitters, QA, shipping, maintenance, etc.) to resolve challenges.
Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and safety requirements across the department.
Administer budgets, staffing, and scheduling aligned with company objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
Manage production schedules to ensure customer requirements are met.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years of overwrap or production management experience, preferably in the printing or packaging industry.
Strong knowledge of overwrap equipment (wrappers, feeders, conveyors, shrink wrap systems).
Experience with ISO, OSHA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
