MAIN FUNCTION:

Analyzing and optimizing supply chain operations by evaluating data on inventory, logistics, and costs to recommend improvements. Key responsibilities include tracking product flow, managing databases, monitoring warehouse activities, preparing reports on performance measures, and communicating with service providers to ensure efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain delivery schedules

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in logistics, with a focus on shipping data reporting, analysis and process improvement
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in implementing and onboarding Supply Chain Visibility tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly logistics reports, including metrics on transit times, freight costs, and distribution center productivity
  • Partner with vendors, logistics service providers, and PNY warehouses to enhance adoption and utilization of supply chain tools
  • Develop reports and forecasts to identify trends, potential bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost optimization
  • Serve as the department’s subject matter expert (SME) on IT-related data projects
  • Apply data mining techniques and statistical models to assess and improve logistics processes
  • Recommend enhancements to current and future logistics processes, practices, and policies
  • Compile, analyze, and maintain shipping data to ensure alignment with departmental goals and performance targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess logistics requirements and support the development of operational plans
  • Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies in coordination with carriers, customers, and internal staff
  • Provide support in additional logistics and supply chain functions as assigned
  • Assist in other areas, as assigned

 

 

COMPENSATION:

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
