Your Role
As a Deal Manager, you’ll support Arbor’s deal processing team by coordinating with third-party vendors (like appraisers), keeping transactions on track, and making sure reports and documentation are accurate and delivered on time. You’ll serve as the organizational hub for deals in motion, making sure nothing slips through the cracks and helping our lending teams close transactions efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Request bids, engage vendors, and schedule property site inspections.
- Ensure third-party reports are received on schedule and direct important findings to the deal team.
- Review reports, reconcile information, and complete internal loan documentation.
- Coordinate invoice payments and keep accurate financial and deal tracking records.
- Partner with Compliance to maintain vendor approvals and resolve any quality-control issues.
- Maintain logs, quarterly vendor reports, and deal pipeline information.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in real estate, finance, mortgage banking, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word; Salesforce experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to also work independently.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000, plus discretionary performance-based bonus.
