Vector Fleet Management is seeking an Automotive Service Writer to join our team in the Washington DC Metropolitan area.  If you have at least two years of proven Automotive Service Advisor experience or have graduated from a related school or program, Vector Fleet Management wants to hear from you!

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Automotive Service Writers should have a minimum of two years’ experience
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate customers’ needs both verbally and in the company FMIS system.
• Must have experience coordinating directly with customer drivers and operator’s vehicles for equipment that requires service and repair

• Must have computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word & Excel) and the ability to learn new FMIS systems.

• Acceptable driving record and pass drug test and background check
• Solid organizational and people skills
