Description:
The Holiday Catering Sales Specialist will provide sales support to all Departments during the busy Holiday season by providing exceptional Service and education to our Customers. The Specialist’s main function will be to staff the Holiday Table and generate sales for catering, turkeys/hams and other specialty items from our meat department, bakery items; pies, cakes, dinner rolls and floral.
Qualifications:
Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service to our internal and external Customers.
Six months of previous Customer Service experience, with sales experience.
Ability to effectively handle questions, concerns and complaints.
Able to multi task and follow through with a Customer request.
Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must possess excellent time management skills, be well organized, and be able to work independently.
Able to work 8-10 hour shifts with varied start times from 6am to 10pm.
Weekend and Holiday availability; available to work from early November through Dec 31st, with no excessive time off requests.
Responsibilities:
Model and provide exceptional Customer Service to our internal and external Guests.
Must learn the products and be able to make product recommendations that lead to sales results to our Customers.
Must follow up with Customer requests in person, through e-mails and phone calls.
Be able to input sales information quickly and efficiently.
Must be able to coordinate final pick up of orders and provide quick, friendly Service.
Must be proactive to solve Customer Issues and communicate with Store Leadership in regards to questions, feedback or Customer complaints.
