About the role:
We are looking for a customer-minded Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market messaging and enablement. The ideal candidate is highly skilled at understanding the use cases, needs, and pains of customers in financial services, and drafting compelling, specific value propositions for executive buyers—especially CIOs and CFOs across retail banking, wealth management and insurance. The ideal candidate also has deep experience in the Salesforce market with selling force.com solutions into sales operations personas. This role reports to the Director, Product Marketing and will be a key figure in driving pipeline, sales enablement, and market differentiation.
Your contribution will be:
- Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to CIOs, CFOs, and IT stakeholders in the Financial Services industry.
- Coordinate product launches and feature rollouts for our Salesforce platform products in partnership with Product Management, Sales, and Demand Generation.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform messaging, content, and campaign strategies.
- Contribute to sales enablement tools and collateral including battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and ROI calculators.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing and Content teams to develop executive-level thought leadership content and customer success stories.
- Support revenue marketing with targeted messaging frameworks for digital campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Represent the voice of the customer by working closely with Revenue, Customer Success, and Product to influence roadmap and customer experience.
- Analyze product marketing performance content performance
To be successful, we think you need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of the challenges and buying behaviors within the financial services industry.
- Experience crafting messaging for executive personas, particularly CIOs and CFOs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with Sales, Product, and Demand Gen teams.

Target Compensation Range (US ONLY): 135,000 - 165,000 USD annually. On target compensation refers to the base salary and applicable variable target for this role. The range is an estimate, base pay will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate's skills and experience aligned with the needs of the role. Base pay may vary based on several factors including geographic location, role specific qualifications, and seniority. Nintex also offers a competitive benefits package including paid time off, twelve paid holidays, 401(k) with employer match, and more.
