ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a high-impact Manager of Sales Onboarding & Development to design, lead, and continuously improve our Inside Sales onboarding and training programs. This is a key leadership role focused on accelerating ramp time, enhancing sales skills, and building top-performing sales professionals through world-class onboarding, coaching, and performance programs.
This role is ideal for a sales enablement leader who thrives on building people, processes, and programs that drive measurable results.
- Design and Own Onboarding: Build and continuously refine scalable programs that equip new Inside Sales Advisors with the knowledge, skills, and tools to succeed from day one.
- Coach to Performance: Create structured coaching plans during ramp-up, including shadowing, live feedback, and development sessions to strengthen objection handling and conversions.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Recruiting to align onboarding content and flow with evolving business needs.
- Track & Optimize: Define and monitor key onboarding metrics (e.g., time-to-productivity, retention, conversion rates) and refine training based on data.
- Evolve the Playbook: Maintain and enhance the sales playbook and training library, ensuring alignment with market shifts and customer insights.
- Mentor & Elevate: Serve as a trusted coach to new sales talent, building a culture of growth, feedback, and accountability.

Requirements
WHO ARE YOU?
- You lead with grit, integrity, and a people-first mindset.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a B2C sales center or telesales environment.
- Strong coach and mentor with proven success helping sales professionals master objection handling, hit goals, and grow in confidence.
- Highly analytical with strong Excel/reporting skills; comfortable using KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics to guide decisions.
- Skilled communicator who can present insights clearly and collaborate across teams.
- Experience with tech sales is a plus, but not required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experienced: 5+ years in sales training, enablement, or management with a proven track record of developing inside sales professionals in a high-volume, B2C or contact center environment.
- Strategic: You bring a structured approach to onboarding, with experience building scalable training programs and frameworks that drive performance.
- Hands-On Leader: You're comfortable being in the trenches—listening to calls, giving live feedback, and tailoring coaching to individual learning styles.
- Data-Driven: Skilled in using KPIs, scorecards, and call quality metrics to measure success and adjust training as needed.
- Collaborative: You work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across departments and leadership levels.
- Detail-Oriented: You maintain a high standard of quality, consistency, and accuracy in training content, delivery, and execution.
