Position Summary:
As a Community Service Aide III in the Utility Management, Inspection and Compliance Division, you will be helping to support the Utility Permitting team in data management in a new software solution. This position focuses on ensuring accurate information is entered, maintained, and mapped to support inspections, permitting, and compliance activities. This is a casual position with flexible hours, working 20-40 hours per week and is limited to 1400 hours per calendar year.

Support the Utility Management, Inspection, and Compliance Division by performing data entry, maintainingaccurate databases, and ensuring information is current and reliable.
- Assist with mapping to support inspections, permitting, and compliance activities.
- Work independently on assigned tasks, exercising good judgment and attention to detail.
- Support the stabilization of a new system, including data management.
- Collaborate with team members and partners to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing solutions to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and workflow.

Position Duties
The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:
Have the ability to perform data entry, data management, or recordkeeping.
Have the ability to demonstrate project management skills.
The ability to work independently and problem-solve within established procedures and guidelines.
The ability to organize and manage large quantities of data with attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications

- Hiring bureau will review and select candidates for an interview.
- Please note, the selection process may take up to 90 days from the notification of being placed on the eligible list.
