Sales Engineer en Dixon Valve

Bearon Manufacturing is seeking a driven and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Landisville, PA! In this role, you'll will be responsible for driving sales by leveraging their deep technical expertise in machining and manufacturing processes. This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, communication skills, and sales experience. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our customers, helping them understand how our products and services can
solve their specific challenges. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop customized solutions, and close sales. Responsibilities:

• Technical Sales & Support: Act as the technical expert during the sales process

• Solution Development: Lead technical discussions with prospective customers

• Project Management: Organize and define supply chain and outside process requirements on behalf of customers. Lead calls and meetings with customers to deliver project status and timeline.

• Collaboration & Quoting: Partner with sales, engineering, and operation teams to prepare detailed
  proposals, quotes, and project specifications

• Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites, Bearon suppliers, trade shows, and industry events.

What you bring: 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Attentive to perceive customer needs and competent in providing solutions 
• Possess a mechanical aptitude 
• Proficient with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, CAD, Mastercam and a solid understanding of metrology and quality control processes
• Self-Starter and highly motivated 
• Proficient with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, HubSpot or similar CRM experience is a plus 

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
• 5 years: experience in a machine shop environment. This experience should include direct involvement with CNC machining, tooling, and an understanding of various
  materials and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of foundry activities and tooling is beneficial
