Responsibilities:
Technical Sales & Support: Act as the technical expert during the sales process
Solution Development: Lead technical discussions with prospective customers
Project Management: Organize and define supply chain and outside process requirements on behalf of customers. Lead calls and meetings with customers to deliver project status and timeline.
Collaboration & Quoting: Partner with sales, engineering, and operation teams to prepare detailed
proposals, quotes, and project specificationsTravel: Willingness to travel to customer sites, Bearon suppliers, trade shows, and industry events.
What you bring:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attentive to perceive customer needs and competent in providing solutions
- Possess a mechanical aptitude
- Proficient with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, CAD, Mastercam and a solid understanding of metrology and quality control processes
- Self-Starter and highly motivated
- Proficient with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, HubSpot or similar CRM experience is a plus
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
- 5 years: experience in a machine shop environment. This experience should include direct involvement with CNC machining, tooling, and an understanding of various
materials and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of foundry activities and tooling is beneficial
