Requirements:
NJ Special Education Certification
Strong content knowledge in Language Arts
Ability to work in a collaborative teaching environment
Ability to meet individual needs of diverse learners, differentiate instruction, and work collaboratively with educational team
Strong knowledge of child growth and development
Strong verbal and written communication skills
NJ Criminal Background Check and CPR/AED Certification
Effective Date: On or about September 22, 2025 through on or about February 2, 2026
Salary: Following the established OEA Salary Guide, ranging from $66,629 to $112,830 ~ to be prorated.
Benefits: In accordance with the established OEA Agreement, full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and Dental Benefits. Sick, Personal, and Vacation Days are included.
