-          5 years of successful school counselor experience

-          Strong organizational skills

-          Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

Job Description: 

Dorman High School Director of School Counseling will lead and oversees a school or district's comprehensive counseling program, focusing on student personal, social, academic, and career development. Responsibilities include supervising counseling staff, developing and implementing counseling programs that align with school goals, coordinating college and career readiness activities, managing departmental budgets and data, advocating for students, and building relationships with parents and the community. 

Contract Length:                  240 days  

Salary:                                   Spartanburg School District Six Salary Schedule
