What You’ll Do
Every day, you’ll make a meaningful impact by ensuring our clients have active coverage, our teams have accurate information, and our systems are running efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:
Insurance & Eligibility Coordination
- Verify insurance coverage and maintain up-to-date information in our electronic records system
- Review daily insurance reports and troubleshoot any anomalies or eligibility issues
- Communicate clearly with front desk and clinical staff to ensure smooth operations and informed decision-making
Client-Facing Engagement
- Be a warm, professional presence at our front desk—greeting clients with care and cultural sensitivity
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and compassion, helping clients feel heard and supported
- Provide trauma-informed, client-centered service to individuals from diverse backgrounds
Administrative Support
- Support clinical staff with key clerical tasks including faxing, case filing, mail distribution, and EMR assistance
- Master our electronic medical record system for scheduling, report generation, and data management
- Process all incoming medical records requests in accordance with agency policy
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings a balance of technical skills and heart. If you have the following, we’d love to meet you:
- 2+ years of insurance verification experience (Epaces, HealtheNet, etc.); experience in human services is a plus
- Strong computer skills and prior experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Comfort working with both children and adults experiencing mental health challenges
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are highly encouraged to apply
Competitive Pay Rate of $18-20 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8AM – 5PM
