Position Description: 

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and execute the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes related to loan pricing, rate uploads, and compliance reporting. This position ensures accurate and timely dissemination of rates and spread information, supports internal and external stakeholders with rate confirmations and requests, and maintains compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. The role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory adherence within the lending products function.

Day-to Day-Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and distribute daily pricing and rate information across internal systems and communication channels.
  • Support rate confirmation and lock requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform regular updates to rate and spread data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Ensure timely posting of financial benchmarks and cost calculations used in lending operations.
  • Coordinate scheduled notifications and updates to relevant teams and associations regarding rate changes.
  • Execute compliance-related tasks including SOX control verifications and audit support.
  • Participate in disaster recovery testing and other annual operational readiness activities.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests related to internal audits, compliance testing, and data validation.
  • Perform system testing to validate pricing functionality and data integrity. 
  • Develop and maintain training documentation and operational procedures.
  • Develop proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word

Skills:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong data management capabilities with close attention to accuracy and detail, particularly in handling financial and pricing data. Effective communication skills are essential for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, as well as for distributing timely pricing information. The role requires excellent time management and organizational skills to balance recurring tasks with ad-hoc requests. A working knowledge of compliance frameworks, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and audit processes, is highly beneficial. Familiarity with financial systems and tools used for pricing, rate posting, and system testing is preferred, with the expectation that proficiency can be developed through training and hands-on experience. The ability to develop and maintain clear documentation and training materials is important for supporting team knowledge and operational consistency. The candidate must be able to exercise sound judgment, use discretion in handling sensitive information, and maintain confidentiality. The ability to work with moderate supervision and to travel on a moderate basis is also expected. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset are key to success in this role.

It’s an important role that covers many skills. This position requires:

Bachelor's degree with a major in finance, accounting, or business administration.  Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in banking or financial services industry. Experience in loan pricing, interest rate risk management, financial analysis, capital markets operations or other Treasury functions preferable.
