Description

Responsibilities include:

• Operating and cooking using the grill equipment, fryolator, & soup station.
• Prepare food items such as vegetables, meats, and cheese
• Receive & prepare orders from front of house using precision
• Managing inventories, labeling items, portioning foods
• Plating the food items
• Cleaning the grill before and after use

Requirements

• This position is PT appx 25-30 hours per week and must be available Fridays and Sundays
• Education: High School or equivalent
• Experience: Proven experience assisting in kitchens
• Allergen Awareness Certification
