School:  Castle High School                       

Hours: 6.5 hrs 7:00-1:30

Position: Main Entree Cook

Duties include but are not limited to the following: 

Production:

• HACCP documentation logs 
• Keep track of 1st choice numbers

Service

• 1st choice cook (prep and cook)
• stay in back during serving lines to cook food items, put in warmer
• order stock for 1st,2nd,3rd choices
• help where needed
• keep track of sanitizer log
• calibrate thermometer
• clean hood vents
• help put stock away

Closing Task:

• complete production records
• daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning
• clean and sanitize cart
• sweep 
• take trash out

All positions will start at $13.00 per hour during a short training period but will increase to $17.43 upon completion of
training and positive review from manager.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
