Deluxe is looking for someone with natural customer service skills and a knack for diagnosing and solving problems to join our team of customer service specialists. This is an in-office, M-F role.
The Client Service Specialist serves as first point of contact for clients when they have questions or issues to report, working directly with Deluxe Treasury Management Service (TMS) clients through a variety of interface mechanisms, including our Service Cloud ticketing system, phone calls or emails.
Duties Include
• Execute day to day of service solutions and/or proactive service solutions to clients. Review outstanding support issues and escalate issues to the appropriate technical or operations team(s) for sites/client supported by his/her team. Ensure cross-corporate support from all levels as needed.
• Lead complex problem solving, identify and implement solutions for service trends, solicit and understand client needs, and manage the holistic operational client relationship.
• Perform quality reporting and issue analysis including participation in development of operational remediation action plans.
Education and Experience:
- HS/GED plus 2 years equivalent customer service experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Education: Associates Degree
Experience:
- Customer service/operations/Banking/remittance experience.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- MS Office experience, specifically strong Excel skills
- Understanding of the business process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
