Job Details:

SUMMARY:

• The main duty for this position is reviewing cattle payments for accuracy. 
• This will require the ability to learn about the different types of payments, supplier contracts, and other various aspects of cattle payments. 
• Other duties include data entry, writing checks, balancing harvest shifts, collecting paperwork from the yards, and other tasks assigned by management.
• Hours are 7:30 to 4:00 Monday through Friday.  Will also be expected to work Saturday on a rotating schedule when Harvest is working.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 2 plus years of office experience a plus.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills.

Special Skills: Good attendance and safety record; ability to work on a team; ability to work with little supervision; detail oriented.
