As a Fulfillment Associate, Document Management and Processing, you will ensure that legal documents received by our office are processed accurately and efficiently, confirming receipt of the documents. These documents are time-sensitive, so this role requires attention to detail and an ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be essential in meeting customer service standards, fulfilling the duties of a registered agent for our clients. In this role, you will report to the Associate Director, Fulfillment and work M-F from our local Baltimore (E. Pratt St.) office.
Responsibilities:
Discern which documents received by our company are legal Service of Process, based on statutes and industry standards.
Process all Service of Process (SOP) documents by scanning the documents and uploading to our proprietary work site.
Communicate with internal corporate office regarding the delivery of documents.
Ensure delivery and confirmation of all SOP documents.
Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
Log client correspondence into the RASi management system, generate correspondence receipts, and forward to clients.
Attendance and adherence to the work schedule are critical in this role as you will be the point person in receiving legal documents.

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent data entry skills with a high sense of urgency completing the processing of documents.
Analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to carefully read and interpret state and legal documents.
Be self-directed and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Work both independently and in a team environment.
Assist coworkers by sharing information and knowledge.
Work in a time-sensitive environment with a large workflow.
Be creative in identifying ways of increasing efficiency and simplifying processes.
Professional communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; highly prefer some college.
1+ years' experience in an office or customer service position.
Experience in legal services or registered agent services is highly preferred.
Experience working with Microsoft Office products, and databases.

Compensation:
