​​Reporting to the Vice President of Store Experience, this role focuses on analyzing underperforming stores to identify process gaps. It provides strategic oversight and partners cross-functionally with corporate teams to enhance store operations, elevate the customer experience, and support sustained profitable growth.​


 

What You’ll be Doing: 

  •  Analyze performance data of underperforming stores to identify areas for improvement. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including marketing, supply chain, and store support, to develop and implement strategies to boost sales and improve store performance. 

  • Ensure stores are following established processes and guidelines. 

  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on key initiatives, changes, and financial impacts. 

  • Develop and communicate key initiatives or actions to stores via email, presentations, teleconferences, and other methods. 

  • Implement processes and programs to ensure consistent execution across all stores. 

  • Partner with retail operations and other divisions to provide timely feedback and escalate issues that could prevent the execution of plans. 

  • Design, plan, and execute projects from conception to implementation.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications): 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 

  • 5+ years of experience in retail, project management, distribution leadership, or a related field. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. 

  • Proven project management and leadership capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams, influencing without authority, and resolving conflict. 

  • Effective communication skills, including clear and concise writing for diverse audiences, active listening, and timely information sharing across teams. 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of change management principles and practices. 

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to apply logic, mathematical reasoning, and sound judgment to complex problems. 

  • Ability to teach and explain complex concepts to individuals and groups. 

  • High level of initiative and persistence, with a strong drive to complete tasks and overcome setbacks with urgency.
