What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion controls, and plating standards
Work efficiently at your assigned station while supporting overall line operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation throughout service
Collaborate with chefs and fellow cooks to ensure consistency and timely execution
Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices in accordance with health regulations
Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization as needed
Who You Are
An experienced cook with knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
Able to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about producing quality food
A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Prior restaurant or hotel culinary experience is preferred; formal training is a plus
