Summary  

The primary responsibility of the Receiving Coordinator is to receive, store, and distribute materials within a warehouse type environment.   

 

Essential Functions 

  • Receive and process product 

  • Coordinate the efforts of the warehouse staff as directed by the Warehouse Manager 

  • Warehouse and truck loading and unloading

  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Education & Experience 

Required 

  • High School or equivalent 

  • 2-4 years applicable job experience

 

Skills & Competencies  

Required 

  • Strong technology skills and the ability to leverage technology in work processes 

  • Strong communication skills, including written communication 

  • High level organizational skills, time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines 

  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.

 

Preferred 

  • Ability to use a forklift
