Salemtowne is hiring a Sous Chef to join our nonprofit life plan community in Winston-Salem, NC.

How YOU will Contribute:
The Sous Chef ensures the production and presentation of quality food in compliance with accepted sanitation and nutrition guidelines for residents, staff, and guests by coordinating, in the absence or as directed by the Executive sous Chef, production activities and assisting in the supervision and training of production and utility staff.

Requirements for a Sous Chef with Salemtowne:

High School diploma or GED. Trade (culinary) school preferred.

Five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience in the food service industry, preferably including at least one (1) year of supervisory experience in an institutional setting.
