Job Requisition: Timekeeper / Employee Support Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and employee-focused Timekeeper / Employee Support Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting employees with timecard accuracy and system use, acting as a liaison for staff issues, and providing hands-on support for workforce management processes. The role requires strong communication skills, customer service focus, and the ability to guide staff through HR technology tools such as the Paycom app.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist employees with correcting and maintaining accurate timecards in Paycom.

  • Troubleshoot common technical or user issues within the Paycom system, including helping employees navigate app features.

  • Conduct employee check-ins and provide on-site support during shifts.

  • Distribute paychecks and ensure timely delivery of employee documentation.

  • Provide assistance with completing and filing incident reports.

  • Serve as a liaison between staff and management by escalating workplace issues or questions appropriately.

  • Offer general employee support for policy, payroll, and scheduling inquiries.

  • Maintain confidentiality while upholding company policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in payroll support, HR, scheduling, or related role preferred.

  • Familiarity with Paycom is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to provide clear instructions and guide employees through new processes.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a positive customer-service approach.

  • Flexible, dependable, and able to support a fast-paced seasonal workforce.

Work Environment

  • Regular interaction with employees across various departments and levels.

  • Combination of administrative and in-person support duties.

  • Position may include evening or weekend availability during peak operational times (e.g., seasonal events).
