Job Summary

eClerx is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to support strategic program execution of key multi-year transformation initiatives. This role is embedded within the Product Reference Data Services Technology Group at one of our premier clients, a leading global financial institution.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will work cross-functionally with teams including Technology Management, Engineering, Advisory/Compliance, Client Regulatory Services, Product Delivery, and Operations. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of all technology deliverables to ensure seamless implementation of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects across software development and systems integration. 
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. 
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. 
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues. 
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership. 
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations when applicable. 
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the platform 
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Develop and communicate testing approach and present plans to stakeholders

Eligibility Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical project management for a financial institution or technology firm,  with 2+ years focused on AI or machine learning projects
  • Expertise in SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerBI.
  • Experience with data analysis, risk tracking, and dependency mapping.
  • Familiarity with financial product data and reference data systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively and present to colleagues at all levels 
  • Quick self-starter, proactive attitude with ability to work in a fast-changing environment across international locations 
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and to report to management
  • Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness  

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $120K-$150K. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
