Senior Lab Technician en Maxwell Energy

Job Brief: 

We are looking for Senior lab technician who can perform below task:

1. To be able to network and handle demanding jobs with Cross Functional team( Hardware, Applications, Firmware)
2. Proficient in soldering, desoldering( SMD, TH, Fine pitch components like MCU, SOIC and Leadless packages)
3. Proficient in using various Digital multimeters, Power Supplies, Power meters
4. Have working knowledge to troubleshoot Fuses, equipments, in consultation with Hardware Design team
5. Manage in spreadsheet, equipment list, ID, Equipment calibration and due dates.
6. Manage Warranty, calibration certificate of equipments, ensure timely Equipment calibration with minimal to no disruption of tasks.
7. Initiate conversations with vendors/ stocks in consultation with Sourcing team for demo / rent of :equipments on demand.
8. Replenish lab consumables stock ( Fuse, SMT / Thru- hole Passives)
9. Willing to travel locally( S P Road) or purchase online ( HW related consumables- wires)

Requirements

Proficient in soldering, desoldering( SMD, TH, Fine pitch components like MCU, SOIC and Leadless packages)

Basic knowledge of tools like multimeter, Oscilloscope ...etc.

Good to have equipment calibration exp

Must -have Requirements:

1. Proficient in soldering, desoldering( SMD, TH, Fine pitch components like MCU, SOIC and Leadless packages)
2. Proficient in using various Digital multimeters, Power Supplies, Power meters
3. Manage in spreadsheet, equipment list, ID, Equipment calibration and due dates.
4. Willing to travel locally( S P Road) or purchase online ( HW related consumables- wires)
5. He should be able to identify the resistor, Diode, capacitor, transistors.

Nice-to have Requirements:

1. Manage Warranty, calibration certificate of equipments, ensure timely Equipment calibration with minimal to no disruption of tasks.
2. Basic power electronics knowledge.
