Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and takes initiative without needing constant direction. The position will focus on DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion), PCI (Payment Security), and Optimisation product lines. The successful candidate will work closely with other product managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure our products meet customer needs, comply with regulatory standards, and deliver measurable value to Elavon and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Support product management in the day-to-day management of Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC), Payment Security (PCI), and Optimisation product lines.
Assist with merchant and partner queries, providing product knowledge and ensuring issue resolution.
Support scheme compliance initiatives around Payment Security (PCI DSS).
Assist in product documentation, audits, and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment and smooth execution of audit remediation.
Support a proactive approach to audit by understanding DCC and PCI compliance.
Balance documentation and reporting with precision and clarity.
Ensure focus on customer outcomes and compliance with regulatory and internal
Qualifications & Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Solid understanding of audit principles and policy interpretation.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
Team player who builds strong relationships and contributes positively to group dynamics.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with DCC and PCI processes in product environments.
Previous product management experience.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
