Our portfolio spans active ingredients, functional ingredients, and sophisticated delivery systems derived from diverse origins--each contributing to the next generation of beauty solutions.We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator who will help shape the future of cosmetic science across the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

• Support in executing regional marketing campaigns across APAC (e.g. trade shows, conferences, seminars, webinars, marketing communications, etc.)
• Support the execution of product launches, webinars and internal communications
• Analyse and compile market information such as trends, market data, brand movements, new launches, success stories, etc.
• Assist in content creation, proofreading, and translations in collaboration with language partners or internal staff
• Liaise with sales teams, distributors and global marketing team to align on promotional materials, lead generation activities, and collateral needs
• Maintain the marketing inventory, coordinate prototype requests, shipping, purchases and printing
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field); Degrees in Marketing and Communications will also be considered. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing tools preferred
• Collaborative team player
• Good grasp of content creation and analysis tools 
• Some travelling required (up to 10%) for internal meetings and event support
