Compensation Range: $20.00-$25.00/hr DOQ

How do our Infrastructure Specialists Drive Impact?

• Tier I information technology support 
  • Provide support via phone, walk-ins, and ticket system 
  • Provide on-site support to dealerships as needed 
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues 
  • Advise user on appropriate actions, as needed 
  • Follow policy and procedure to escalate issues to Senior Technician 
  • Assign tickets to designated technicians, as needed 
  • Create tickets for issues reported by phone or walk-in 
• Maintain Technology Department inventory 
  • Intake and Organization 
• End-point maintenance 
  • Imaging 
  • Provisioning and Deployment 
• Create knowledge base documentation for new policies and procedures, while maintaining existing knowledge base items 
• Stay current with system and application information, changes and updates 
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

We're Looking For:

• Available for an on-call rotation 
• 2-year Degree in a computer related discipline, or current technical certifications, or equivalent experience 
• Windows 10 experience required 
• Active Directory and Exchange mailbox management recommended 
• Windows Server knowledge recommended / experience a plus 
• Must be able to manage changing priorities and the ability to handle several simple tasks simultaneously 
• Must be organized and possess technical written and verbal communication skills 
• Must have exceptional customer service skills, personality, a service mindset, and strong problem solving skills 
• Able to interact and work with others as part of a team and understand how their work supports the team’s goals 
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record 
• Must be able to occasionally travel to out-of-state locations
