CACI is seeking a cleared Operations Analyst to support an Army Product Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA. You’ll independently apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. You may be assigned to participate in or lead project efforts to support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders, to include management of personnel onboarding and offboarding. Secret clearance is required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the In-processing/out-processing application and ensure processes are followed
- Assist in collecting and maintaining Human Resources (HR) data
- Control manage and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)
- Maintain contract support tracker and provide updates to exact numbers of personnel supporting contracts
- Archive Operations functional documents and information
- Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences

- May be required to support special requirements
Work Location: Ft Belvoir, VA (at least 2 days per week; no FT remote)
Qualifications:
Required
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Associate’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience
- Ability to use SharePoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others
- Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Knowledge of SharePoint
Desired:
- Bachelor's Degree
- > 6 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience supporting an Army Product Manager office
- Understanding of HR data privacy rules

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,200
