Job Responsibilities:
Aid with developing event concepts.
Managing event budgets.
Site selection.
Coordinating logistical elements.
Organizing marketing material.
Processing payments and invoices.
Engaging with vendors and arranging security.
Liaising with speakers and preparing speaking notes.
Post-event reporting.
Report to Global Events Manager at Quantiphi.
Help structure of events and corporate programs to drive the vision of Quantiphi
Update the Global Event Marketing Calendar for Business Units, logging all in-market campaigns, internal and external events, and identifying opportunities for participation
Align events with marketing campaigns - Track and report metrics for these events
Help manage the budget of individual events, and handle reporting of costs + results for each program/event.
What You Will Do:
As part of the Global Events team at Quantiphi, you will play a key role in delivering impactful experiences that support business growth and brand engagement. In this role, you will:
Event Management: Plan and execute small- to mid-sized events end-to-end, and support the strategy, operations, and logistics of larger flagship events.
Operations & Administration: Manage event operations and administrative duties, including maintaining contracts, updating the global events calendar, and handling swag inventory.
Finance & Accounts Payable: Track and reconcile event budgets, process purchase orders, manage vendor invoices, and ensure timely payment through close coordination with the Accounts Payable team. Monitor outstanding payments, follow up with vendors as needed, and maintain accurate financial records to support monthly/quarterly reporting.
Vendor & Venue Coordination: Research venues, manage vendor relationships, lead site selection, and oversee logistics such as catering, AV, security, and branded materials.
Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop cohesive marketing strategies, promotional materials, and engagement campaigns.
Speaker & Stakeholder Liaison: Partner with executives, speakers, and stakeholders to prepare materials and ensure seamless participation.
Strategic Contribution: Help scale corporate programs that reflect Quantiphi’s vision, ensure alignment with broader marketing campaigns, and surface opportunities across business units through the Global Events Calendar.
Your marketing efforts will help:
Communicate the brand story of Quantiphi to the market and its clients through events
Leverage various marketing channels for event registrations - With your help, Quantiphi will transform seamlessly into a more powerful and compelling brand.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field.
5+ years of events marketing experience in a fast-paced environment is mandatory - experience with IT/Tech industry events is preferred.
5+ years project management experience - Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
5+ years in organizing hospitality events, sponsorships, and conference experience.
You have collaborated with multiple marketing partners to deliver a marketing solution.
Able to travel globally as needed about 20% of the time.
