What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️)

✅ Lead Clinical Excellence
 Guide the clinical direction of multiple senior living communities by setting goals, aligning with operational leaders, and ensuring best practices are followed.

✅ Support & Strengthen Teams
Mentor Directors of Wellness and clinical staff. Provide onboarding, education, and ongoing coaching to help teams thrive and deliver quality care.

✅ Champion Quality & Compliance
Oversee performance metrics, conduct audits, and drive QAPI initiatives to improve resident outcomes and ensure compliance with regulations.

✅ Develop Clinical Programs
Design and implement innovative programs that promote resident well-being, preventive care, and evidence-based practice across communities.

✅ Foster External Collaboration
Work alongside providers, specialists, and partner organizations to coordinate seamless care delivery and promote strong relationships.

✅ Stay Ahead of Trends
Incorporate industry-leading clinical standards and technologies into practice. Keep teams informed and adaptive to changes in the healthcare landscape.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Passion for Clinical Excellence 😃)

✔ Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master’s preferred)
✔ Active RN license in good standing
✔ 5+ years in senior leadership within senior living or healthcare
✔ Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards, QAPI, and person-centered care models
✔ Multi-site clinical leadership experience preferred
✔ Collaborative, approachable leadership style with excellent communication skills
✔ Ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams across diverse geographies
✔ Proficiency in EMRs, reporting tools, and healthcare software
✔ Ability to travel regionally up to 60%
