Depot Technician en Global Data Consultants

GDC is currently recruiting for a Depot Technician to work on site in Mechanicsburg, PA area.

• Repair hardware and software on laptops and desktops and their peripherals
• Responsible for using small hand tools to repair complex and delicate equipment
• Ability to absorb new hardware and manufacturer repair techniques
• Complete documentation 

• Experience installing and troubleshooting hardware 
• Experience working with Windows Operating systems including 7, 8 and 10.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office
• Ability to find solutions on their own by doing their own research
• Good communication skills to work with the team and with end customers

Preferred:

• A+ certification
