We're Hiring: Activities Assistant (Full-Time and Part Time)

Are you enthusiastic, creative, and love bringing joy to others? Do you enjoy planning games, hosting themed parties, or crafting meaningful moments? Lorien Elkridge is looking for a Full-Time Activities Assistant to join our vibrant team and help enrich the lives of our residents!

Schedule:

• Full-Time: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Part-Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Every-other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

Compensation & Full-Time Benefits:

• Starting at $16.00/hour

• 80 hours Vacation PTO + 40 hours Sick PTO (with rollover)

Our Activities Assistants bring fun and purpose to every day. You’ll follow a structured calendar of activities designed for residents with varying physical and cognitive abilities, including:

• Games, crafts, and creative workshops

• Live entertainment and themed events

• Group discussions and social clubs

• Physical movement or sensory-based activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum age: 17 years old

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• A strong sense of integrity and work ethic

• A team player with a positive attitude

• Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
