Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors related to the specific position. While the full range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range. Summary:

We’re looking for a Fitment Operator to join our team on first shift (Monday through Thursday, 5:00AM to 3:30PM)! In this role, you’ll use press brakes to bend, form, and shape metal parts that become critical components in our assemblies. You’ll play an important part in producing high-quality parts while keeping safety and accuracy top of mind.

What You’ll Do:

• Modify and fit metal components using mechanical force and press brake equipment 
• Follow process documentation, drawings, and templates to ensure parts meet specifications 
• Inspect parts and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards 
• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized while following all PPE and OSHA guidelines 
• Use a computer to clock in/out of jobs and record production data 
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to help eliminate waste

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to understand and follow directions accurately 
• Strong math skills for part counts and equipment adjustments 
• Physical strength and stamina to perform daily tasks 
• A team player who collaborates well with others
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee)  

Preferred Skills:

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Basic computer skills
