Position Overview:
As an Evening Guest Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service during our evening hours. You will be the friendly face that greets guests, answers inquiries, and facilitates a welcoming atmosphere at the university.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and students warmly upon their arrival or contact.
• Handle phone calls and emails, providing accurate information about our programs and services.
• Manage scheduling and confirmations for beauty appointments.
• Keep precise records of guest interactions and appointments.
• Address any guest concerns or requests in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and efficient working environment.
• Assist with administrative functions to support evening operations as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service or guest relations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with guests effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Availability for evening shifts, including weekdays and possible weekends.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
