The Role
The PebbleGo Customer Experience team is on a mission to transform learning in new, exciting, and innovative ways! We lead with a teacher- and student-first mindset, and we are seeking a Community Engagement and Education Specialist to join us and help bring our community’s voice into everything we build at Capstone.
The Community Engagement and Education Specialist is a key member of the Customer Experience team, playing a critical role in how we connect with and support educators as they adopt Capstone’s PebbleGo digital products and tools while contributing to broader customer experience initiatives. The ideal candidate is a current or former K–5 educator who is passionate about building authentic relationships and helping teachers feel supported, empowered, and inspired.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource and advocate for educators, connecting with them through email, social media, and virtual meetings to provide timely updates, support, and inspiration for using PebbleGo. You will nurture our existing community while also helping it grow by engaging new educators and highlighting the value of joining.
You will coordinate learning initiatives, facilitate webinars and community events, and create relevant classroom materials that empower teachers to integrate PebbleGo effectively. By gathering and sharing educator feedback, you will ensure their voices inform product improvements and play a key role in shaping the future of PebbleGo.
Our preference is for this role to be hybrid, based out of either our Edina, MN or North Mankato, MN locations.
