Responsibilities
Co-design and execute a variety of employee engagement initiatives, including social, cultural, and wellness events tailored to a remote-first workforce.
Facilitate program logistics and internal communications for learning, development, and internship programs.
Support programming for employee recognition and diversity, belonging & inclusion efforts.
Gather employee feedback to identify improvement opportunities and help shape future initiatives.
Assist with ad hoc projects that are tailored to your interests, giving you a chance to dive into areas you're passionate about.

Logistics
This is a 6-month co-op position requiring a 40-hour / week commitment from January through June 2026.
We offer a hybrid work environment with two work location options: (1) Columbus, OH: 3 days/week in-office or (2) Boston, MA: 1-2 days/week in-office.
This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience and help drive the employee experience within a growing startup organization with a globally distributed workforce.
