The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Sr. Logistics Analyst to support our government customer located in Orlando, FL. 

**********This is a Temporary Part-time position.**********

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Organize, develop, and deliver logistics Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) in accordance with DIDs and MILSTD.
  • Perform Provisioning Technical Data analysis and input provisioning data.
  • Provide the expertise to identify and address the twelve Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements during system design, acquisition, fielding, sustainment, and disposal.
  • Perform various analysis and drafting of acquisition documentation to document findings and recommendations for effective and efficient cycle support of training systems/devices/support infrastructure.
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams, fielding and provisioning conferences and other meetings as required as the logistics subject matter expert.
  • Support in establishing and maintaining an Integrated Logistics Support Program.
  • Prepare and deliver the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) in support of all logistics elements to include Material Support; Commonality and Configuration Management; Reliability and Maintainability (RAM) Engineering; IUID Requirements; Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T); Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS); Facility Requirements; Technical Documentation (TD); Training Program (Instructors/Operators and Maintainers); Maintenance Planning; Inventory Management; and DMSMS.
  • Support in establishing and implementing a comprehensive Material Support Plan (MSP) to establish traceability of all material across all exercised Delivery Orders.
  • Present the initial version of the Material Support Plan at the Post Award Conference. Included in the plan, the contractor shall present processes for establishing, updating and maintaining the following: Development of Logistics Product Data (LPD); Long Lead Items; Initial Support Kit (ISK); Hardware Change Impact to Procured Spares; Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP); Special Tools and Test Equipment (ST&TE); Equipment Warranty tracking and reporting; Obsolescence Management/Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS); DMSMS Status and reporting; Maintenance Support Planning; Inventory Management; COTS/CaNDI Eccentric Procurement; Trainer Peculiar Equipment (TPE); Replacement of Parts; and Equipment and Material Disposal.
  • Support in establishing and implementing a comprehensive Technical Data Content and Product Plan (TDCPP) to establish traceability of all Technical Documentation across all exercised Delivery Orders.
  • Ensure the TDCPP includes processes for generating, updating, and maintaining the following: Operation and Maintenance Manuals (O&M); Planned Maintenance System (PMS); and Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Manual and Associated Supplemental Data.
  • Lead the Technical Documentation In-Process Reviews (TDIPRs).
  • Lead Inspection, Verification & Validation events to include Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs), As-Built/As-Installed CDRLs Verification & Validation.  

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Solid working knowledge of subject matter.
  • Ability to work under general supervision.
  • Ability to handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Ability to provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to IPT members, including subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
  • Strong oral and written communication and computer skills.
  • Mathematical, analytical thinking, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
  • May be required to travel up to 25%.
  • Working Remote Every Friday

DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience.
  • Work experience can substitute for degree.
