Strategic Planning Specialist en JPI

Description

We are seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist to optimize federal facilities and provide expert support in strategic planning, real property utilization, and mission alignment. This role bridges tactical space planning with enterprise-level strategic initiatives.
 

This role is contingent upon funding award and requires onsite presence at the USCG St. Elizabeths campus three days per week.

Responsibilities Include:

• Analyze options to consolidate, collocate, and reduce real property footprints while preserving mission capabilities.
• Conduct space audits, develop detailed floor plans and 3D models, and manage space requests/assignments.
• Facilitate integration of cross-functional stakeholders to document requirements and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support strategic program and project integration across multiple Government organizations.
• Develop measures to assess program and facility health, guiding capital planning and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• At least 2 years of Federal experience (DHS preferred).
• Extensive experience in space planning, optimization, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to support strategic planning and program management reviews.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to blend cross-functional data to conduct use case analysis.
