Eagle Harbor, LLC a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a federal government contractor, is seeking a Logistics/Warehouse Specialist. This position is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The Logistics/Warehouse Specialist is responsible for providing customer service to all internal and external customers, to include shipping, receiving, office and course supply management, mail distribution, pick-up and delivery.  Utilizes Microsoft Office products daily for reporting and control purposes.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Classroom setup for client and outside organization courses conducted at the site.
  • Provide timely processing of document, security and course material shipping utilizing FedEx website.
  • Process purchase requests utilizing a suspense system to document receipt of contractor acquired property to ensure timely payment to vendors.
  • Identifies contractor acquired property as government owned by recording property data, installing bar code labels and hand marking equipment.
  • Processes firearms shipments in accordance with federal, agency and client site regulations, policies and directives.
  • Provides daily mail pick up and delivery.
  • Provides routine supply pick up and delivery from off-site vendors and other government agencies.
  • Provides custodial management of the logistics property account.
  • Provides office supplies to main campus departments.
  • Works with the purchasing department on returns to vendors.
  • Provides pick-up and delivery of vehicles for repair and service per GSA instructions.
  • Coordinates special event set up with the Human Resources or the Admin Assistant for Business Operations.
  • Applies and follows basic safety and security concepts and policies

 

Position Requirements: 

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED with 2-3 years of logistics or warehouse experience.
  • Must coordinate with all department managers and training assistants to ensure logistical support is provided for all office and course functions.
  • Must coordinate with the Business Operations Department to ensure timely receipt of contractor acquired property.
  • Must address warehousing, shipping and receiving issues and ensure long term problem resolution.

  • The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment. 

  • During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions.  Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
