The Tubing Park Hill Supervisor assists in the daily operations of the Tubing Center. Operations include but are not limited to training, inventory and the supervision of all tubing staff. This person needs to have the initiative to get any and all jobs completed accurately and proficiently and is someone who teaches by example. The Hill Supervisor looks out for the safety and wellbeing of our guests and team alike.
Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is a lot to do all year long.
Responsibilities:Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Assists with pre-season tubing operations set up
- Assists with the training and orientation of tubing operations staff
- Assists the Tubing Manager with various administrative duties
- Observes Park in regard to safety of staff and guests. Moves and adjusts safety devices and barriers accordingly.
- Contributes to the development of training programs and the planning and conducting of crew meetings.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
- A problem resolving and positive attitude.

Wage and Benefit Info:
The wage range for this positions is: from $26.70 to $28.65/hr
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2-year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
