RECRUITER en Mary Cariola Center

Salary Range: $62,300-$68,000  This is an exempt position.

For an assigned group of open positions, is responsible for full hiring cycle activities, including but not limited to, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, references and offers of employment.

Works with the HCM to implement multifaceted recruitment programs to facilitate a diverse and qualified pool of candidates for vacant positions.  Design sourcing strategies.

Works with leaders/hiring managers to establish hiring plan strategy and level of support needed.

Works in partnership with the Marketing team to create employment advertisements for assigned vacancies.

Works in collaboration with the Marketing team to develop School Program and Community Services recruitment materials and information to be distributed to potential candidates.

Establish and maintain positive, cooperative working relationships with Human Resource community contacts in order to share best practices.

Review employment applications and resumes for assigned groups.

Make hiring recommendations or offers of employment for assigned positions.

Represent Mary Cariola Center at job fairs, career days and community and college recruitment events.

Act as point of contact/primary lead for assigned vendor or outside community agencies (i.e. Indeed, temporary staffing agencies, college recruitment offices/portals)

Responsible for preparing Mary Cariola recruitment statistics and keeping abreast of current workforce trends in recruitment, hiring, retention.

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree required or Associates with relevant equivalent experience. Previous recruitment experience required.
