We are currently seeking a Social Media Coordinator to manage Fraser’s day-to-day presence across a variety of platforms. This role ensures brand consistency, accessibility, and alignment with key initiatives including programs and services, client success stories, recruitment, events, development, sensory, and volunteer engagement. As a key member of the Fraser Marketing team, the Social Media Coordinator helps shape Fraser’s social media strategy and ensures messaging aligns with overall organizational, business, and revenue goals. This role will also monitor online conversations and respond as needed to post involving Fraser. This role combines daily social media management with storytelling to be used in newsletters, blogs, web content, and email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes social media strategies that align with Fraser’s business goals and target audiences and brand tone.
• Creates and curates engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
• Monitors and analyzes social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Aligns Fraser brand with new and emerging trends and channels.
• Identifies and engages with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand awareness and drive engagement on social media.
• Collaborates with cross-functional Fraser teams to ensure social media efforts are integrated with other initiatives.
• Responds to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Manages social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• At least 3 years’ proven success as a social media specialist or similar role, developing social media marketing and strategies.

Location, Schedule & Pay: 

• Richfield, MN 
• Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm, plus events 
• The starting pay for this role is $55,000 to $58,000 annually depending on qualification
