Job Description
We are seeking a strong Product Owner with 5–7 years of proven track record as a Product Owner/Manager. The ideal candidate will have hands-on FinTech product development experience and the ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work with teams across multiple time zones (PST, EST, IST, GMT+13). 
- Participate in UAT, BUAT, and post-production bug verification with development and QA teams. 
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Program Managers to define and refine the product backlog as per client requirements. 
- Document technical requirements as features, sub-features, and epics, and provide detailed walkthroughs to the development team. 
- Create business cases, project goals, and analysis for new product development. 
- Gather requirements from stakeholders for new digital product development and enhancements of existing products. 
- Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps. 
- Drive product development from inception to completion, managing risks and resolving issues in real time. 
- Continuously evolve project management processes for efficiency and timeliness. 
- Build strong relationships with engineering teams and external partners, managing multiple product development workflows. 
- Post-launch: drive product adoption with business development teams to ensure revenue targets are met. 
- Continuously enhance digital products to maintain market competitiveness. 
- Collaborate with PM/DMs to create and manage daily and weekly status reports. 
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of core banking and open banking concepts. 
- Proven ability to work with diverse teams under tight deadlines. 
- Excellent communication and technical skills. 
- Experience with project management tools such as OmniGraffle, Flowchart Maker, and Online Diagram Software. 
- Ability to understand new or existing systems and business processes. 
- Skilled in standardizing requirements across teams and conceptualizing application workflows. 
- Experience in project planning, execution, and tracking. 
- Ability to research and propose solutions to business problems in collaboration with other teams. 
- Strong skills in identifying, evaluating, and implementing technical and business solutions.
