To ensure success in this role, you must have excellent operational experience and business acumen, be customer
focused, and a strategic thinker with proven experience to pull together and solve complex operational initiatives.
Must have a passion for boating or power sports, highly collaborative with the ability to seek out and develop cross
functional support and execution. The individual must be effective at leading, teaching, collecting and interpreting
data analytics (KPI’s) to manage the Marine operational function.
