This position is split between Marysville High School and Early College High School.
 
 REPORTS TO:
  High School Principal
  
 EMPLOYMENT STATUS:  
  Temporary, Supplemental
  
 POSITION SUMMARY: 
  Coordinate and supervise the publication of the high school yearbook.
  
 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  - Select the yearbook staff.
- Select section editors and editors-in-chief.
- Conduct meetings as needed throughout the school year, usually weekly.
- Organize and oversee fund raising activities; for example, advertising sales, candy sales, and the production of a variety show.
- Arrange meetings and other necessary communications with a representative of the publishing company.
- Arrange for access to the professional photographs needed for the year book.
- Coordinate the activities of the student photographers, and assure that film is processed.
- Assist students with editing, and personally conduct a final edit.
- Serve as a role model in the practice of ethical principles, responsible behavior and democratic values.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Observe all safety and health regulations of the school district.
- Maintain an appropriate personal appearance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the High School Principal. 
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT: 
  
 Length of Employment: Contract runs concurrent with school year
 Salary: Supplemental pay, Step One or appropriate experience step level.
