About you:
  • Able to foster and develop positive relationships within the school and the wider community
  • Lead a class (through all year groups) to maximise the curriculum impact and the children’s ability to learn based on the class teacher’s planning
  • Someone who has high expectations for education and can be adaptive to the requirement presented on a day-to-day basis
  • Innovative and open to trying new approaches and sharing good practice
  • An inspiring educator who can lead by example
  • Willing to immerse yourself within the Grange community and contribute to our ethics
  • Committed to continuing professional development and delivering CPD as directed
  • Extremely flexible and focused on getting on with it using constructive, positive energy
