About The Role
We’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Client Tooling & Experience area. This is where we empower HR, L&D, and leadership teams with dashboards, analytics, rollout tools, and insights that prove ROI and make wellbeing programs stick.
What you'll do
Lead product discovery and delivery for our client-facing tools: analytics dashboards, rollout automation, predictive care reports, and self-service SaaS experiences.
Create and design solutions that work across the spectrum: from high-touch, white-glove large enterprise experiences to self-service workflows that can scale across thousands of clients.
Drive cross-functional squads (engineering, design) to deliver client value fast while ensuring long-term scalability.
Define success metrics, experiment with activation levers, and validate features through client pilots and structured feedback loops.
Partner with Customer Success and Sales to ensure our tools help expand accounts, boost NRR, and reduce reliance on manual consulting.
Champion security, compliance, and data privacy as core design principles in every client-facing product.
What we're looking for
6+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and with enterprise clients.
A proven record of shipping successful client-facing products (dashboards, admin portals, analytics, or rollout tooling) with great UX.
Startup/Scaleup DNA: sometimes scrappy, fast-moving, hands-on, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Strong product craft: discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, and stakeholder alignment.
A “doer–builder” mindset: not just directing, but rolling up sleeves when and where needed.
Bonus points if you have…
Experience with HR tech, healthtech, or wellbeing SaaS.
First explorations with AI-assisted product building (e.g. vibe coding with tools like Lovable, Replit, or v0), curiosity and openness to experiment matter more than expertise.
