Empire Property Management is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Administrative Assistant (PMAA) to join our growing team.

Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings/weekends as needed
- Compensation: $20–$25/hour
- Location: In-office and on-site work required

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Keep the office running smoothly by providing timely and efficient assistance to the entire team.
- On-Site Duties: Deliver hands-on customer service support, addressing tenant and owner needs with professionalism.
- Document Preparation: Create, review, and distribute key documents such as delinquency reports, marketing materials, and lease renewals.
- Recordkeeping & Inventory: Maintain accurate files, records, and inventory essential to property operations.
- Communication: Manage phone calls, emails, and texts with exceptional professionalism and responsiveness.
- Customer Service: Ensure every tenant, client, and team member interaction is positive and solution-focused.
- Task Coordination: Prioritize daily responsibilities to meet business needs and deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Take initiative in resolving issues efficiently and reliably.
- Managerial Support: Keep managers informed of challenges and progress to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or a related industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appfolio Property Management Software
- Bilingual (a strong plus)
- 1–2 additional years of property management or related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent proven experience in property management/administration)
